Alumni & Faculty Registration

Alumni Registrations

Alumni Registration is quick and simple to follow. There are only 7 required fields that need to be filled in and 4 of these require no typing.

All required Fields as outlined in red to make it easy for the user to know which pieces of information they need to enter.

There is also a registration verification code that they will need to match before submitting their Alumni registration.

Alumni can upload current Photo regardless of the size and the image will be resized upon upload to reduce server storage needs.

The Alumni Manager has no limitation on how many Alumni can register, the only limitation is how much storage you have on your web server. 

If you choose to have us host your Alumni website we provide unlimited storage for both registrations and Alumni photos.

Upon request we can also set up your site to send generic Alumni information to the School or Group so that they can use this information for statistical purposes.

Faculty Registration is exactly like the Alumni Registration except Alumni Stats information is not requested and birth date.

Instead of asking for Class year, this is replaced by asking them which department they taught or worked.

Faculty Registration and listing can be turned off upon request.

We can add fields upon request, the charge is a flat rate of $15 per field.

Removing a field is $10 per field
